Specialties: Depression, anxiety, affect regulation, stress related issues, personality disorders, GLBT. I have worked with eating disorders/ OCD/trauma but do not consider myself an expert. I don’t work with serious substance abuse or those who are actively psychotic.
Theoretical Orientation: Trained in psychodynamic and interpersonal psychotherapy. I now work in a practical, eclectic way. This includes CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic and interpersonal orientations.
